The Nar Phu Valley Trek itinerary starts from the city of Kathmandu, where you will take a scenic drive to Jagat, the starting point of the trek. From Jagat, you will trek to the village of Dharapani, where you will join the main Annapurna Circuit trail. The trek then heads towards the Nar and Phu valleys, passing through traditional villages and breathtaking landscapes. The trek will take you through the lush forests of pine, oak, and rhododendron, with views of the towering peaks of Annapurna, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak.
During the trek, you will visit the remote villages of Nar and Phu, where you can experience the unique local culture and way of life. Detail Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu: The starting point of the Nar Phu Valley trek is Kathmandu. You will arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and meet with your trekking agency representative who will transfer you to your hotel.
Day 2 : Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu: Before starting the trek, you will have a guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city to visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Swayambhunath, which will give you an insight into the rich cultural heritage of Nepal.
Day 3 : Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar: You will drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar, which is the starting point of the Annapurna Circuit trek. The drive will take around 6-7 hours and pass through scenic landscapes and small towns along the way.
Day 4 : Trek from Besisahar to Bahundanda: The first day of trekking will start from Besisahar, where you will walk along the Marsyangdi River and climb uphill to Bahundanda. The trail passes through lush forests, small villages, and terraced fields, giving you an opportunity to witness the local lifestyle and culture.
Day 5 : Trek from Bahundanda to Chamje: The trail from Bahundanda to Chamje is relatively easy and passes through small villages and forests. You will cross a suspension bridge over the Marsyangdi River and ascend a steep trail to Chamje.
Day 6 : Trek from Chamje to Dharapani: From Chamje, you will walk through a steep and rocky trail that leads to Tal village. From there, you will pass through a few more small villages and reach Dharapani, which is the entrance to the Manang district.
Day 7 : Trek from Dharapani to Koto: The trail from Dharapani to Koto passes through forests of pine and rhododendron. Along the way, you will have stunning views of Mt. Manaslu and other peaks.
Day 8: Trek from Koto to Meta: The trail from Koto to Meta is relatively easy and passes through beautiful forests of pine, juniper, and rhododendron. You will cross several suspension bridges and reach Meta, which is a small village that serves as a gateway to the Nar Phu Valley.
Day 9 : Trek from Meta to Phu Gaon: The trail from Meta to Phu Gaon is steep and challenging, but the scenery is breathtaking. You will walk through narrow gorges and deep canyons, and the trail passes through the Phu Khola gorge.
Day 10 : Rest day in Phu Gaon: You will spend a day in Phu Gaon to acclimatize and explore the village. Phu Gaon is a remote and isolated village with traditional Tibetan culture and lifestyle.
Day 11 : Trek from Phu Gaon to Nar Phedi: The trail from Phu Gaon to Nar Phedi is steep and rocky, and you will cross several high suspension bridges. The trail passes through beautiful landscapes and offers stunning views of the snow-capped mountains.

Day 13: Explore Nar Village
This day is set aside to explore the Nar Village, which is a traditional Tibetan village located in the Nar Phu Valley. Day 23: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu After breakfast, you will take a drive back to Kathmandu. The drive takes around 6-7 hours and passes through beautiful Nepalese countryside. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will check into your hotel and have the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 24: Departure from Kathmandu Today is the last day of your Nar Phu Valley Trek. You will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. If you have some spare time before your flight, you can do some last-minute shopping or explore the city.
